Every moment has its own place around the house: a first espresso on the terrace, a late lunch in the shade or wine beneath a sky full of stars. Among oaks, olives and strawberry trees are seating areas, a charcoal barbecue and pizza oven. Deer occasionally visit, lizards warm themselves on the stone walls, and summer carries the scent of rosemary, pine and sun-warmed stone.
