Small enough to feel at home immediately.
Casa Gina is not trying to impress with size. It wants to be a place that feels familiar after only a few hours.
Natural stone, timber beams, terracotta floors and furniture with character create the atmosphere of a private home. Two bedrooms, a study with sofa bed, the open living and kitchen area and one compact bathroom accommodate up to six guests. In winter, the small wood stove by the stairs and the air-conditioning units provide heat. Outside wait the terrace, garden, barbecue, pizza oven — and a view that has lost none of its magic over the years.

Important information about the property
So you know what to expect before making a booking.
Hillside setting and heights+
- The house is set on a hillside. Some elevated areas of the property do not have railings or other barriers. Children should therefore be supervised outdoors.
Wildlife and insects+
- The natural setting in the Tuscan hills is part of Casa Gina’s special character. Rare encounters with wild boar, porcupines, foxes, fallow deer or snakes are possible. Spiders, bees and hornets are also native to the region. The property may not be suitable for people with severe phobias or relevant allergies.
Exterior cameras+
- Cameras are located at the entrance gate, on the north side and rear of the house, and near the entrance. They are active only in connection with the alarm system and allow the security service to assess the situation in the event of an alarm. Other visible cameras are dummies.
Occasional noise+
- Because of the hillside setting, sounds from nearby villages may occasionally carry to the property despite its secluded position, particularly during festivals, concerts or other events. These usually end by midnight at the latest.
Stairs+
- Access to the property involves twelve steps. There are a further fifteen steps between the ground and first floors. The property is therefore not step-free.
